Well have not seen this ever published before, although we have lots of examples and communication about Windows settings/Registry etc.
It is published but not that well known I believe. Create a folder with the following name anywhere you want, e.g. in your application folder and voila numerous Control Panel and registry settings at your finger tips. Hope this is of interest:
