New version ! XSharp language ILSpy Plugin

Hi,
I'm pleased to announce a new version of the XSharp language Plugin for ILSpy.
This new version is correcting the way PROPERTY are generated.
It also add an Option page for XSharp, with (currently) one setting to generate Uppercase Keywords.

Binary version is available in the Download/General/Tools : You need to use at least ILSpy version 3.1.0.3652

Hi Karl (and others),

If you have (already) downloaded the "New" Plugin (1.0.1), I suggest that you download it again

I have just uploaded a "new" "new" version with some corrections :
- PROPERTY with GET only were sometimes wrongly generated
- No more BREAK statement in SWITCH
- OPERATOR are now correctly generated.
