Samples Forum

Hi Robert,

it would be very interesting for documentation to have a "samples" forum - where samples of language use could be shared.

It is a major problem for me when working in X#/Vulcan, that implementation samples are so rare.

Wolfgang

P.S. I could implement something also on my NG server, but I think a place on the official web server is the better place

Wolfgang,

What a good idea. I will create such a forum tomorrow.

Hi Robert,

thank you!

I will try to put there also a few things I need often, in the hope to help also others. A good sample would be your "anonymous method" answer.

My idea goes further: if you look at the PHP documentation: for most functions there are user comments, and often the comments are more valuable than the documentation itself.

I see the documentation as critical for a new new language like X#, and actually I don't see how this can be done (as every programmer, I hate it to write documentation).
