PostgreSQL connection problems

Hi all,
After a long absence started some development again.
In between some of the new releases I am unable to connect to my PG database anymore.
Are there maybe someone that had a similar issue and resolved it?

Hi Johan,
please try this here:
https://www.riedmann.it/download/PGConnectionTester.zip
The zip file contains both the binaries needed to run and the source as XIDE export file.
