XS-EXEs chrashed unter Windows 11

Post by Alf »

Hi to all,
on one of my machines - not the developer machine - windows 11 is installed. Since yesterday all my XS-Appls crashed on this particular machine. I guess a window update has been done a few days ago.
The logfile shows this:

Code: Select all

Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: RTABW.EXE, Version: 0.0.0.0, Zeitstempel: 0x62a74eba
Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: KERNELBASE.dll, Version: 10.0.22000.739, Zeitstempel: 0x36da339b
Ausnahmecode: 0xe0434352
Fehleroffset: 0x0013f192
ID des fehlerhaften Prozesses: 0x1bac
Startzeit der fehlerhaften Anwendung: 0x01d8826143287072
Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: C:RTABW622_220RTABW.EXE
Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:WINDOWSSystem32KERNELBASE.dll
Berichtskennung: c3ac27c0-f0f9-4b51-a0d8-93f4d0091990
Vollständiger Name des fehlerhaften Pakets:
Anwendungs-ID, die relativ zum fehlerhaften Paket ist:
Windows-Version is: 231H2 Build 22000.739

Any idea? Thanks for help.

Regards
Alf

XS-EXEs chrashed unter Windows 11

Post by wriedmann »

Hi Alf,
WIndows 11 cannot be the cause - I'm developing on Windows 11, and many customers are running our X# applications on Windows 11.
Try to install the updates and restart that machine.
Such an issue was common even for VO applications on Windows 10.

Hi Robert and Wolfgang,
according to your answers I assume this is a specific problem of this particular machine (and should never happen on customer machines :). I will reinstall this machine next week. But strange is: all other appls works fine - even VO-appls. Only XS-appls makes trouble.
@ Robert: The eventlog contains only those informations I pasted in my message from yesterday.
