F12 for static functions of the same name

In VS2019, if there are STATIC functions of the same name in different PRGs then F12 sometimes jumps to another PRG looking for a function and not in the same PRG where it has been pressed.

In the coming month we will be doing some (long awaited) maintenance on this part of our product.
