For the problem with the umlaut, please just check the option "ReplacesResourceDefinesWithValues" in the VOXporter at the right, this will take care of it. We will make this option enabled by default in the next build.

For the problem with the double underscores, can you please send me a sample (VO aef that I can port with the VOXporter)?

with Option "ReplacesResourceDefinesWithValues" i am not able to create a small Sample that show this behavior.
I will check with the next transport from the main App.
