This method disables all controls that have been registered with DataWindow:RegisterConditionalControls(), which registers controls as being subject to validation. It is automatically called by DataWindow:Prevalidate() whenever the window fails validation. This way, all registered controls are guaranteed to be unavailable whenever the window is known to be in an invalid state.
