Parameters

oScrollRange (Optional)

Specifies the minimum and maximum scrolling position.

nThumbPosition (Optional)

Specifies the position of the scroll box.

nPageSize (Optional)

Specifies the page size. A scroll bar uses this value to determine the appropriate size of the proportional scroll box.

lDisableNoScroll (Optional)
