Hi Chris,

Yes, I accepted VS Integration.

I have since uninstalled and started again but still no X# in VS. But Program Files(X86) contains all the files that I would expect to see.

Is "RegisterProvider.exe" (12/12/2017) relevant? I have not knowingly run it.

Should I run any of the EXE files in the "Program Files(X86)/XSharp" folder?

Hi Alwyn,

Strange, have not seen that before, maybe Robert or Fabrice have an idea on what migh be happening. What is your exact VS version, as shown in the about dialog?

Hi Juraj,

Thanks for the suggestion.

No mention of X# there in any section.

Alwyn,
Is there a "Deployvs2015.cmd" or "Deployvs2017.cmd" in your Program files (x86)XsharpUninst folder ?

I also noticed that you have downloaded the public installer and not the FOX installer.
Please goto "https://www.xsharp.eu/itm-downloads?fol ... 2FCompiler" and download the 1.1.2 installer.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for responding. I'm sorry to bother you with this.

There is a deployvs2015.cmd file, but not a deployvs2017.cmd file. I don't have VS 2017, so I guess that's OK.

I can't find how to download the FOX installer from your website.

When I try the link " www.xsharp.eu/itm-downloads?folder=fox%252FCompiler " I get the message: "Error What are you trying to access is not a folder."

I hope I'm not being thick!

Alwyn,

- Logon to the website
Then navigate to:
- Downloads in the menu
- Then click on "Friends Of XSharp"
- Then click on "Installers"
- Then Click on "XSharp 1.1.2"

That should trigger the download of the 1.1.2 installer

If after installing 1.1.2 you still don't see X# in your VS then please send me the file deployvs2015.cmd from your PFXSharpUninst folder.

Hi Robert,

I am an idiot. Thanks for the instructions. I have downloaded and installed 1.1.2.

But still no X# in VS 2015

I have sent the .CMD file separately.
